1. Digital Products
   All digital products (beats, sound kits, templates) are final sale and non-refundable.
   Once your purchase is confirmed and download is available, we cannot accept cancellations or returns.

2. Defective Downloads
   If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, missing file, or access issues), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@gnsstore.com.
   We will provide a replacement or help you resolve the issue.

3. No Physical Products
   Since all products are digital, shipping, delivery, and physical returns do not apply.

4. Exceptions
   Custom work or personalized beats are also non-refundable.
